Here’s 3 of the Hard truth’s About Private Money

Hard Truth #1 – Lenders have a choice in where they are putting their money. They could put it in an IRA, a bank CD or the stock market – or they could invest it with you. You must give them a compelling, irresistible reason to invest with you!

Hard Truth #2 – The potential private lender is always going to want to know more about you than about the deal. You can be offering them shares in Microsoft at $3 a piece, but if they don’t trust you, they won’t do business with you – you must find a way to establish their trust in short order…

Hard Truth #3 – You have to pursue the right people to be Your investors. There are some hard a fast rules for figuring this out – you don’t want to bark up the wrong tree and waste valuable time.
