Public Record Private Money Lender Farce

There’s a “new” approach to raising private money that I want to briefly address. Not for fun, but rather because my conscience compels me to.

Some people trying to teach on the subject of raising private funds claim you can look up private party lenders in your local public records and then get these people to place funds with you.

I admit, this sounds like gold.

But it is really a mirage. More like the lost city of gold.
